Just made chicken stock powder and salmon floss for my 13mo lo by using bread maker and tokebi hand blender.
I just use whatever ingredients that i have in the fridge.
chicken stock powder
Kampung chicken breast 1 pc
Small Cabbage 1/2 pc
Onion 1 pc
Garlic 5 gloves
Cherry tomatoes 5 pcs
Parsley 1/2 tbsp
Sea salt 1 tsp
Blend all ingredients with my tokebi and then pour into bread maker and use jam function. X3 times
After its turn out dried, i blend with tokebi again till powder form
Salmon floss
Steam salmon with ginger
Smash it and put in the bread maker by using jam function x1 as the fish quantity is not much.
Blend with tokebi
Ready to serve
