Japanese sweet potato mix grains sticks
Recipe
Ingredients :
(Ratio 1:1) cooked mix grains / rice : sweet potato
1cm3 unsalted butter (for easier in blending and crunchiness) (can omit and replace by water for lo below 1yo
Blend the 3 ingredients till smooth then put into a plastic bag. Cut a small hole at the edge. (Bigger size will resulting not so crunchy) squeeze out sticks shape on the non stick baking sheet.
Bake at 150'C for 20-25mins or golden brown.

May I know how is the texture of this sweet potato stick? Is it like French fries typed or biscuits typed of texture?
ReplyDeletehi, the texture of the sweet potato stick is very crunchy like biscuit type (if bake till completely dry), for younger little one, it is not recommended to bake till too crunchy as the soft type is more suitable for them.
Delete
