24/10/2014 SUGARLESS apple rice oat sticks


Yeah! Its Friday today!!! Woke up 3++ am DL lo and changed her diaper. Could not sleep again as need to iron hubby's cloths. After finish ironing at 4:10am, i just started to think what shall i cook today. I cooked until 6.30am, lo was awake and cry for me. Luckily all the dishes are done and remaining the washing process and floor mopping. I quickly brought her up and DL her and make her sleep again. Finally I able to "escape" at 7am. Continue my cleaning parts and mop the floor. Thanks GOD the traffic for these few days are super smooth... depart from home at 7.35am & reach office at 8.15am...
Breakfast: simple easy baked egg plant


Lunch: Apple butternut noodle with homemade soup stock
Apple puree 50g
butternut puree 50g (pumpkin puree can be used too)
all purpose flour 80g (1/2 cup + 2 tbsp)
mix all together with a spoon.
put in plastic bag (i separate into 2 for lunch & dinner)
cut a hole at the edge and squeeze into boiling water and cook for 1 min.
drain away water and put some oil and mix well to avoid sticky together.
cook any soup base at your preference to serve together.


Teatime: SUGARLESS apple rice oat sticks
Ingrediants:
apple puree 60g
rolled oat 2 tbsp
rice cereal 2 tbsp
aluminum free baking powder 1/8 tsp
all purpose flour 1 tbsp
unsalted butter 10g

Steps:
1) pre-heat oven at 180'C.
2) mix everything well combine and put into a plastic bag.
3) cut a hole at the edge and squeeze out any shapes you like on a baking sheet.
4) bake for 15-20mins or until light golden brown.

Snacks: steam broccoli and sweet corn, apple sticks
The own made noodle not bad!! apple rice oat sticks yummy too even no added sugar
