Good morning dear all~ after 4 days holiday now back to work again~ but these few days (except 1 day in Rawang) still need to wake up at 4am to do some CNY bakings and lots of laundry and hand laundry too~
Since yesterday still have remaining almond cookies dough in the fridge, so i continue baking it and lastly i made some sheep to cheer my 18mo lo as she likes the almond co
okies so much. Due to lo below 3 yo is NOT SUITABLE TO EAT CHOCOLATE, therefore i did not use chocolate chips to form the sheep ears, i changed it to butterscotch chips.
Breakfast: Dragon Fruit Mantou
Lunch& Dinner: Spaghetti Aglio Olio
Teatime: Sheep Almond Cookies



Dragon Fruit MantouRecipe:
Milk 160g
Dragon fruit juice 20g
Sugar 50g
Instant dry yeast 1 tsp
Aluminum free baking powder 1 tsp
Pao flour 330g
Unsalted butter 25g

I use bread maker to knead the dough by function no 8 of my tesco bm. Beat 20mins, off machine. Proof for 30mins, press out all air, divide dough into 16 portion, wrap in filling, proof for another 20mins, steam at med high fire for 10mins


Spaghetti Aglio Olio
Ingredients
Some Small Prawns
2 cloves garlic (sliced)
2 tbsp olive oil
some dried parsley
sea salt a little bit

Steps:
1) sauteed garlic with the olive oil
2) add in small prawns to stir fry for a while
3) sprinkle some salt
4) add in spaghetti to stir fry for a while
5) add in dried parsley
6) stir fry mix well and DONE
