22/2/2015 Breakfast & snack

Good morning and happy CNY!

Apple Apricot yogurt
Apple yogurt Rings

For my 19mo lo breakfast and snack

Apple Apricot yogurt
Ingredients
3 dried apricot
2 tbsp natural yogurt

Blend till Smoot and serve cold


Apple yogurt rings
Ingredients
10g diced apple
1 egg yolk
5g sugar
15g plain yogurt
15-20g all purpose flour

Blend everything and pour into a plastic bag. Cut a hole at the edge and squeeze out rings.

Bake at preheated oven of 160'C for 10-15mins or light golden brown.



蘋果脆餅圈圈
(適合9個月以上的寶寶)
材料:
10克 蘋果切塊
1顆 蛋黃
5克 糖
15克 原味酸奶
15-20克 中筋麵粉

做法:
1)用攪拌機把所有材料打至幼滑。
2)然後倒入一個塑料袋中。
3)在塑料袋角處剪一個小洞。
4)在不粘烤紙/布上擠出圈圈。

5)在已經預熱的烤箱160'C,烤10-15分鐘或淺金黃色。
