10/3/2015 Tuesday : Meals of the day



Good morning dear mummies ~
I set wrong alarm last night end up today very very rush~ because I woke up 3am yesterday to iron hubby's clothes and last night hubby did not allow I wake up early again today and ask to set 5am alarm but I was setting to 5.30am (instead I want to set 4.30am (..@@..)
Breakfast : Edamame and tomato juice
Tomato Juice
Ingredients
6 cherry tomatoes
1/4 tsp honey
80ml water

Steps:
1) Blend tomatoes and water till smooth
2) sieve the juice by a coffee strainer
3) add honey into the juice and ready to serve



Lunch and dinner : bow tie pasta in mushroom meat sauce 
Ingredients 
Any types of desired pasta, cook as per instructions 

Mushroom soup (I cooked the below and keep some in frozen for next uses)

Ingredients :
Cauliflower 1-2 florets
2 big size brown button mushroom
20g cheddar cheese
1/2 cup full cream milk
1/2 cup water
1 clove of garlic

Ingredients B
1/2 cup minced pork + steamed potato (blend till smooth)
some sweet corns
some asparagus

Steps:
1) slice the garlic. Sauté the garlic the some olive oil
2) cut the mushrooms into smaller size
3) put the mushrooms, garlic,cauliflower, milk into a container and use a hand blender to blend them till smooth. (Use normal blender also okay)
4) pour the blended mixture into a sauce pan, add in water and cheese, dash some pepper powder. Cook till boiling and cheese melted.
5) off fire and done. Ready to serve warm by itself or
serve with pasta or rice.

**IF USE FROZEN MUSHROOM SOUP
6) as i use the frozen mushroom soup cooked previously, i just add in the ingredients B and 1/2 cup of water to make a thicker sauce, cook till boiling and ready.




Teatime: cheesy corn sticks and strawberry juice 
Ingredients
Sweet Corn : Cooked Rice
1 : 1
(I used about 4 tbsp : 4 tbsp)
1 tsp milk powder
5g cheddar cheese
2 tbsp corn flour

Steps:
1) blend all ingredients till smooth
2) put into a plastic bag
3) cut a hole at the edge
4) squeeze out stick shape or any shape you prefer on non stick baking sheet
5) bake at preheat oven of 180'C for 15mins or till golden brown at the edges
