20/01/2015 Pumpkin Rice Pancake

Pumpkin Rice Pancake
Ingredients: 
50g steamed mashed pumpkin puree
60g cooked rice
1 small egg
10g grated cheddar cheese

Steps:
1) steam pumpkin for 10-15mins
2) mix rice, pumpkin, egg and cheese
3) add dash of pepper
4) pan fry with some olive/grapeseed oil till both sides golden brown.



Breakfast: pumpkin rice pancake, blueberries yogurt and orange

Lunch: pork and kunbu porridge

Teatime: pandan tamago milky balls and watermelon juice
