23/11/2014 Weekend


Spending our weekend at my lo's grandma's house. Ingredients for food preparation quite limited but luckily my lo enjoyed and finished 2 kampung eggs (without yolks as she dislikes) for breakfast.

For lunch, i cooked her macaroni in tomato cheese sauce and she finished 90% if her bowl and i stopped giving after seeing her stomach so bloated...

Tomato cheese sauce

Ingredients:
1/2 tomato, diced finely
1 small egg

Stir fry the tomato and egg with olive oil
Tomato scramble egg (set aside)

1/2 tomato diced finely
1/2 onion, diced finely
Amino liquid 1 tsp
Water 1 bowl
Grated cheddar cheese 1 tbsp

1) stir fry the onion with olive oil till fragrance
2) add in tomato and stir fry 
3) add in the water and shimmer cook for 5 mins till soft
4) add in amino and cheese
5) cook till cheese melted and done!
