Good Morning dear mummies~
I was not feeling well because of food poisoning since yesterday afternoon.. So today i wake up a bit by setting alarm at 5am.

Breakfast: red bean oatmeal soup and steamed edamame
Lunch and Dinner: steam rice serve with chicken potato balls and chicken soup
Teatime: sweet potato breadsticks and orange juice

Sweet Potato Bread Sticks
Ingredients:
1) 100g high protein flour
2) 75g mashed sweet potato ( blend 65g steamed sweet potato + 10g water)
3) 1 tsp muscovado sugar
4) 1 tsp grape seed oil
5) 1g instant dry yeast

some grated cheddar cheese for topping

Steps:
1) mix all ingredients and knead till well combined
2) place dough inside oven with a bowl of hot water to proof for 1 hour
3) roll the dough flat into 0.5cm and cut into strips
4) brush water on bread stick surface then dip and roll on the grated cheese.
5) lay the bread sticks on a non stick baking sheet
6) bake at preheat oven of 180'C for 12-15 mins

Chicken Potato Curry Balls
Ingredients:
65g minced chicken tenderloin
65g cooked mashed potato
1 tbsp chopped carrot
1 tbsp chopped capsicum
1 shallot (chopped)
1/2 tsp organic curry powder
3-4 drops amino liquid
2 rice size salt

Steps:
1) mix all the ingredients and form a soft dough as shown in the photo (upper right)
2) use a 1/2 tsp measurement spoon to scoop the dough and form ball shape
3) pan fry or deep fry with some grape seed oil till golden brown

Red bean oatmeal soup
Ingredients:
5 tbsp cooked red bean
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp rolled oat
1 tsp muscovado sugar

Blend the above ingredients till smooth and cook under small fire till boiling for 1-2 mins.
ready to serve warm
