Woke up sharp at 4am, DL my lo, changed her diaper and hardly let her sleeps again today. Finally I escaped from bed and go down to start preparing foods for her.
Breakfast : sweet potato rice sticks and mango yogurt
Lunch and dinner : mee sua with chicken apple corn soup
Teatime : Banana steamed cake and orange juice
sweet potato rice sticks
Ingredients:
Sweet potato : rice
1:1 ratio
And some water
Blend them together till smooth.
Pour into a plastic bag. Cut a small hole and squeeze on parchment paper. Bake at 180°C for 10-15 mins or slightly golden brown.

Mango Yogurt
1/2 ripe mango
2-3 tbsp plain yogurt
1/2 tsp honey
Blend till smooth and ready to serve cold

Banana steamed cake
Ingredients: (5 muffins)
1 Egg
1 Tbsp sugar
1 medium ripe banana (200g)

1/2 Cup Cake Flour
1 tsp Aluminum free Baking Powder
1 Tbsp Grape seed oil (or any flavorless oil)

Steps:
1.Sift together flour and baking powder, set aside.
2.In a mixing bowl, whisk together Egg and sugar till fluffy. ( I used hand whisk till bubbly only)
3.Mix in mashed banana, milk, and oil, beat till combine.
4.Add in flour mixture and mix well.
5.Pour Batter into muffin pan, lined with muffin cups.
6.Steam over high heat for 10 mins or till an inserted skewer comes out clean.
