12/3/2015 Thursday : Meals of the Day

Good morning dear all mummies ~
After I boiled the radish soup only I recalled that I suppose to cook tomato sauce spaghetti for my 19mo lo because of the prego spaghetti sauce advertisement. Every time my lo watches the little girl was eating yummy spaghetti in that advertisement, she will say "yummy" too..

Breakfast : vege egg rice pancake and mango yogurt
Ingredients
1 egg

1/2 cup cooked mix grain rice / white rice
some pea sprout (cut finely) ( you may use cabbage/carrot/garden pea/any vegetables)
pinch of salt and pepper

Steps:
1) just mix all ingredients and pour onto greased frying pan
2) pan fry till both sides are golden brown
3) cut into 6 or 8 pcs

P/s: the yellow white colour in the bowl is Mango yogurt
1/2 mango + 1.5 tbsp yogurt, blend well and serve cool

Lunch and dinner : tomato noodle with radish soup
ingredients:
1/2 radish
1/2 bowl of lean meat (pork or chicken)

some red dates
some goji berry
6 bowls of water

Steps:
Boil all the ingredients in a small pot for at least 1 hour.
No seasoning is needed as the soup is very yummy by its own natural taste.

Serve soup with rice or any noodle.

40g Strawberry Puree
