14/3/2015 Saturday : Meals of the Day

Breakfast :  Soymilk Oatmeal & Fruit Yogurt drinks

Lunch : Rice with Apple Celery soup and stir fry siew pok choy
Dinner : Rice with Apple Celery soup & stir fry pea sprout

Teatime: Almond Cookies

Thanks mummy Angela Tan for sharing the recipe. I have made some amendments. Original recipe is attached at 1st comment

Ingredients 
Almond meal 55g
Grape seed oil 45g
Muscovado sugar 2 tsp
Soy milk 1 tbsp
Tapioca flour 15g

Steps are exactly same as the original recipe. .
