Due to my pc was down for repairing, I couldn't type the recipes for today's meals as the recipes soft copies are inside my pc's hard disc but the hard copies are at home.
Breakfast: Walnut sesame Pancake
Lunch and Dinner: Udon with miso soup + BBQ pork sticks
Teatime: Butter Cookies + honey dew yogurt
Breakfast: Walnut sesame Pancake
(Prepared overnight)
Ingredients :
115ml fresh milk
100g all purpose flour
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp ground walnut
2 tsp black sesame powder
1 egg
1g instant dry yeast
Steps :
1) mix egg, milk and honey
2) sieve in flour and yeast, mix till no lumps
3) add in ground walnut and black sesame powder
4) let it rest and proof 1 hour in room temperature
5) keep in fridge for overnight
6) next morning : scoop each same tbsp batter on the greased non stick pan, pan fry till both sides golden brown
P/s: for better outlook, cool down the pan each round of cooked pancakes are done. Just put the pan onto a damp cloth or water.
Udon with miso soup + BBQ pork sticks
Miso soup
Ingredients :
1/5 pack shimeji mushroom
Some spring onion
Some carrot
1/5 pack silken tofu
1/2 tsp miso paste for each bowl of soup
2 bowls water
Steps:
1) cook the carrot in the water for 5 mins
2) add in mushroom and tofu, cook for another 1 min
3) add in spring onion and off fire
4) scoop out 1 bowl of soup and put in a soup bowl
5) add 1/2 tsp of miso paste and mix well into soup
6) add in cooked udon and ready to serve warm
BBQ pork sticks
Ingredients :
100g pork tenderloin
1 tsp liquid amino
1 tsp honey
2 tbsp crushed garlic
Dash of pepper powder
Steps:
1) cut pork into smaller pieces
2) mix in all ingredients and marinate overnight in the fridge
Next day:
1) prepare some cherry tomatoes or pepper
2) 6 satay sticks or wooden disposable chopsticks
3) insert pork and tomatoes/pepper into the sticks
4) bake at pre-heated oven of 200'C for 10mins
5) take out and brush some honey and turn over the surfaces, bake for another 10mins
P/S: my gal loves it and finished all including the cherry tomatoes
Simple 4 ingredients 【Butter Cookies】
Ingredients :
Plain Flour - 120g
Unsalted Butter - 50g
Icing sugar - 30g
Cold water - 1/2 tablespoon

Steps:
a. Mix up all the ingredients except water by rubbing using fingers until the mixtures become breadcrumbs, then slowly add in water and form a soft dough
b. Set a side the dough for rest at least 10mins
c. Roll the dough about 1/4 inch thick and cut the shapes using the cutter
d. Preheat the oven at 170℃and bake for 20mins (lightly brown)
p/s : Different oven has different effect, so do check ur cookies after 15mins ya

Refer to the above recipe shared by other mummy, I have little changes as belows:-
1) for flour, I used 110g plain flour + 10g potato starch
2) i reduce sugar to 27g
3) i replaced cold water with COLD MILK
4) i baked till 30 mins only can have the light golden brown , maybe my cookies are a bit thick
