throwback 18/8/2014 (1 year old)

My first cooking miso porridge was rejected by my 1 yo lo. This is my 2nd time cooking the miso but i changed to homemade panmee. Yes!!! She likes it and finish the portion i gave her yesterday dinner.
Miso soup: water, chicken, tofu, seaweed flakes, shredded carrot. Cook till soft.
Add half or one teaspoon miso paste ( subject to soup qty) in some hot water and dissolve it. Off fire, pour in miso and stir well. Done.
