Good Morning Dear All~
Mummy overslept this morning again....off alarm at 4am and fall back to sleep again then woke up at 5.22am. Last night I was thinking to cook steamed bun but ended no time to do it. Simple meals today...

Breakfast: Hard boiled egg with purple sweet potato yolk, Chicken Floss, Prune, Banana & Fresh Milk

Lunch & Dinner: Pumpkin Mushroom Meat Porridge

Teatime: Red Bean Dessert with chia seed and cookies  



Sweet Potato Yolk
Ingredients:
Mashed Sweet Potato + VCO

Due to my lo doesn't eat hard boiled egg yolk, I replace it with sweet potato....hahahaha..... 








Pumpkin Mushroom Meat Porridge
Ingredients
1/2 cup organic pearl rice
4 Fresh shitake mushroom (diced)
some organic pumpkin
60g pork tenderloin (minced or sliced)

cook for 2 hours in slow cooker




Red Bean Dessert
Ingredients
65g pre-cooked red bean
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp full cream milk / fresh milk
1 tsp muscovado sugar

Steps:
1) pour all ingredients in a small pot
2) cook under small fire till boiling
3) boil for 5 mins and ready to serve warmRed Bean Dessert



FAST WAY OF COOKING RED BEAN

For Reference~~~   Please Click Fast Way Of Cooking Mung Bean

1) soak overnight 250g red beans
2) throw away soaked water and rinse with fresh water
3) keep red beans in the FREEZER at least overnight
4) cook as normal for 30 mins only the red beans turned soft (when it is easily squeezed by fingers)

Keep the cooked red beans into separate small plastic bags (40g/65g/any weight as desired) and store them in freezer for next use.
