Early morning I cooked one big pot of soup for my lo and will freeze the un-finished soup for next use. Due to ironing cloths, I couldn't cook 3 meals today so ended 1 meal is from the freezer...;P
Breakfast: Steamed Bun and Mini Pizza
Lunch and Dinner: Mix Grains Rice with steamed prawn and Tofu, Super Soup
Teatime: Black Sesame Milk Sticks and Apricot juice

Steam Tofu with Prawns
Ingredients: Tofu, prawns, soup stock, cherry tomatoes,
Super Soup
Ingredients: 1 corn, 1 beetroot, 1/2 carrot, 1 organic apple, 6 shitake fresh mushroom, 7 cherry tomatoes, 2 chicken tights, 2 chicken breast.
Steps:
1) blanch the chicken tights
2) cut all ingredients into small pieces
3) Cook in a big pot of water in high fire for 10 mins, then 2 hours in small fire.
Black Sesame Milk Sticks (Carol's Recipe)
Ingredients:
100g low protein flour (I used 90g all purpose flour + 10g corn flour)
2 tbsp black sesame powder
10g castor sugar
25g Olive oil
10g sweeten milk (original recipe was 20g)
20g fresh milk/ full cream milk
pinch of salt (I omitted)
Steps:
1) preheat oven at 150°c
2) mix flour, black sesame powder and sugar
3) mix olive oil, milk and sweeten milk
4) add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, gently knead till combined, remember very gentle and not to over mix and knead it.
5) put dough into a plastic bag/zip lock bag (20cm x 20cm), roll it flat.
6) sore in freezer for 10mins
7) take out from freezer and cut into stripes
8) bake for 12-15 mins or lightly golden brown
