自製青色蔬菜泥
材料:菠菜 1 大扎
用具:食物烘乾機和攪拌機
做法:
1)菠菜清洗乾淨,切去根部。
2)放入有海鹽的滾水中煮1分鐘。
3)放在網濾上瀝乾水分。
4)排放在食物烘乾機內,60度烘大約5-6個小時(時間需根據蔬菜的水份而有所不同)/ 烤箱用最低溫100度半開著烤1-1。5小時
5)放入攪拌機,打成粉末。
6)放進乾淨的罐子保存,可存放2-3個月。
用途廣泛,麵包,蛋糕,水餃皮, 馬卡龍, 湯圓, 餅乾, 麵條, 任何點心。
Homemade Green vegetable puree
Ingredients: 1 large bundle of spinach
Appliances: food dehydrator and blender
Steps:
1 ) Clean the spinach, cut away the roots.
2) put into boiling salt water and cook for 1 minute.
3 ) drain away excess water.
4 ) arrange spinach on the food tray, bake at 60'C about 5-6 hours (time varied and depends on the moisture in vegetables) / can be baked in the oven with low heat 100'C for 1 - 1.5 hours (oven door slightly open)
5 ) put the dried spinach into into the blender and blend till powder form
6 ) keep the green colour powder in a clean container, can be stored for 2-3 months.
Wide range of uses,i.e. bread, cake, dumpling skin, macaron, dumplings, biscuits, noodles, any dessert.
