7/Nov/2015 蘋果奶酪煎餅


無蛋蘋果奶酪煎餅
材料:
5湯匙 中筋麵粉
4湯匙 牛奶
1/2湯匙奇亞籽(浸泡在2湯匙的水里)
1/2 粒蘋果 (大約67克)
1茶匙 有機黑糖/蔗糖
1/2茶匙 無鋁泡打粉
1小方塊 切達乾酪(大約10克)

步驟:
1 )浸泡奇亞籽在2湯匙水里15分鐘
2 )在一個杯子,把蘋果刨入鮮奶裡。
3 )刨入的乾酪
4 )加入麵粉,攪勻
5 )再加入已經浸泡過的奇亞籽
6 )最後加入泡打粉拌勻
7 )舀1茶匙麵糊到加熱的不粘煎鍋直到煎鍋不夠位了。
8 )蓋上蓋子30秒或至到煎餅大約凝固。
9 )翻面再把另一面煎至金黃色即可。

Eggless Apple cheese pancake
Ingredients:
5 tbsp all purpose flour
4 tbsp milk 
1/2 tbsp chiaseed (presoak in 2 tbsp water)
1/2 pc grated apple 67g 
1 tsp muscovado sugar
1/2 tsp aluminum free baking powder
1" cube cheddar cheese (grated)10g

steps:
1) soak chiaseed with 2 tbsp water for 15mins
2) grate the apple into the milk in a glass
3) grate in the cheese
4) add in flour, stir well
5) add in the soaked chia seed
6) add in baking powder and mix well
7) scoop each teaspoon batter onto a heated non stick frying pan.
8) close lid for 30 seconds or till pancakes turn solid.
9) turn over and pan fry another side till golden brown.
