Happy Tuesday dear all...
I am out of idea what to cook as my 22mo lo doesn't like ordinary bread, oatmeal and pancake recently.

Since last time she liked the prawn so much, just made this simple cheesy baked prawn for her breakfast with her favourite cherry tomatoes.

Breakfast: Cheesy baked prawns, hard boiled egg, cherry tomatoes & fresh milk

Lunch & Dinner: Baby spinach porridge

Teatime: Cheesy Melts & Mango yogurt drink




Cheesy Baked Prawn
Ingredients:
4 medium prawn
some garlic powder
some unsalted butter
some cheese (cheddar or soft cheese)
some pepper powder

Steps:
1) remove prawn head and shell, slice the inner center into half but not totally cut.
2) preheat oven at 180'C
3) place the prawns on the baking tray 
4) put some butter on each prawn, then place the cheese on top of the butter.
5) sprinkle some pepper powder and garlic powder
6) bake for 10-15mins



Baby Spinach Porridge
Ingredients:
3-4 tbsp mix grains rice or white rice
30-40g minced pork
1/2 bowl of baby spinach
1 tbsp goji berry
1.5 cups water / soup stock

Steps:
1) put all ingredients except spinach and goji berry into slow cooker and cook for 1 hour
2) add in spinach and goji berry
3) off power after 15 mins

Mango Yogurt Drink
Ingredients:
1/2 mango
1 tbsp plain yogurt
100ml drinking water

Blend till smooth and ready to serve cold
