15/6/2015 Monday meals

This Monday is the first day of school resuming and is a rush day for me too...


Cheesy Hash brown 
Ingredients:
2 small potatoes or 1 large potato
10-15g grated cheddar cheese 
2 tbsp rolled oats or instant oatmeal 

Steps :
1) cook potatoes with skin on in boiling water for 10-15mins, peel off skin then mash 1/2 of it and cube another half. 
2) soak rolled oats in hot water for 10 mind,  drain as dry as possible.  If using instant oatmeal,  skip soaking process. 
3) mix all the potatoes, cheese and oatmeal together. divide into 3-4 portion, roll into balls and press lightly into flat. 
4) pan fry with some oil till both sides light golden brown.
