throw back 25/12/2014 Thursday

Merry Christmas dear all~

Today we just stay at home and some relatives visited us just now. After busying making a xmas swiss roll and my 17mo lo is having her nap time, just to share my beetroot piggy bun and rice pop cookies.
Breakfast: rice pop cookies 1pc, cheesy bread man 1pc and 100ml grape juice



Rice Pop Cookies (for 1yo++)
Ingredients A:
Castor sugar 3tbsp/45g (i used 2.5tbsp only)
1 egg
Grapeseed oil 2 tbsp/30ml
Coconut powder 2 tbsp (i replace by milk powder)
Ingredients B:
Potato starch 3 tbsp/21g
Cake flour 6 tbsp/60g
Rice Pop 300ml (just pour the rice pop in the measuring cup to achieve 300ml level)
Black sesame 1 tsp
Steps:
1) beat egg with sugar with hand whisk till combine. Add in oil and milk powder and stir well.
2) add in all the ingredients B into the mixture and use spatula to mix well.
3) measure 10g dough to form a ball and press flat. (I only use the tablespoon to scoop and roll it become ball)
4) bake at preheat oven at 170°C for 15mins or lightly golden brown.

Lunch: plain rice with vege soup with egg
Teatime: 40min soft bun (beetroot version) + yogurt fruit juice
Same as previously by replacing the 1/3 cup warm milk into 50% milk and 50% beetroot juice.
