throw back 20/12/2014 Saturday





Good morning mummies ~ breakfast today for my 16.5mo lo is quite heavy.. Steam oatmeal egg, baked egg plant, blueberries yogurt drink and pomegranate.
Steam oatmeal egg
Ingredients:
1 egg
50g milk

30g soaked oatmeal
15g Blueberries
1 tsp muscovado sugar
Blend together and pour into bowl/ mould. Steam for 10-15mins

Blueberries yogurt drink
Ingredients:
Blueberries 20-30g
Natural yogurt 1-2 tbsp
BM/FM 2-3 tbsp
If worry too sour can add 1 tsp honey. But i never add. 
Blend all together and ready to serve.

Baked Eggplant
Ingredients:
1 small eggplant
some cheddar cheese ( i used bega extra tasty)
some dried parsley
some olive oil

Steps:
1) slice the eggplant into 5-8mm thickness, brush some olive on surface
2) bake at preheated oven of 200'C for 5 mins
3) remove from oven, shred the cheese on top of each eggplant slice
4) continue baking for another 10mins or cheese melted and turn lightly brown


Finished yogurt 100%
Finish eggplant 99%
Pomegranate 100%

Steam egg 1%
