今天出門工作前,寶寶睡醒了。
吵著要媽咪和nen nen。於是不管遲到了,親餵了寶寶後以為可以脫身。
可是寶寶還是黏著媽咪不肯放手。
最後,出動了餐桌上的迷你披薩來吸引寶寶。結果,她乖乖地坐著享用迷你披薩並向媽咪揮手(bye~)
唉~ 媽咪就這樣被甩了。 。嗚嗚嗚。 。
每片迷你批薩的鈉含量~ 少過 28mg
批薩餅皮:25g 自製麵包麵團(鈉含量少過1mg)
批萨用的馅料和起司:5g莫扎里拉起司[鈉含量是26.35mg (527mg/100g)]
根據網絡資訊 (謝謝吳貞穎媽媽的分享這個網站),每片普通的市售白土司的鈉含量是大概300mg。所以,為了不讓寶寶吃下過量的鈉含量,自己在家做的麵包是比較健康哦。本人目前為止,自己做的麵包都是一律只放一咪咪海鹽而已(雖然食譜大多都是1/8茶匙, 1/4茶匙或1/2茶匙)。
小貼士1:每當媽媽有做麵包的時候,就可以留一些麵團收藏在冷凍庫,以便想做批薩的時候就不必大費周章地搓麵團了。

Information from this website , a piece of plain white toast of store bought is having high sodium level of about 300mg. Therefore, in order not to let your baby eats too salty bread, homemade bread is a better choice. As for myself, I only put a pinch of sea salt in the bread making no matter how much salt required in those recipes such as 1/8 teaspoon , 1/4 teaspoon or 1/2 teaspoon.
Tip 1 : Whenever we make bread, just take out a small quantity of the bread dough reserve for pizza crust and store it in the freezer. u do not need to knead a dough purposely when you need to make pizza for your lo.
I reserve 6 pieces of 25g each dough for mini pizza crust. roll the dough into round shape and press till flat. Place them separately by a plastic sheet to prevent sticking together.
我保留了6個25克麵團用來作迷你比薩的用途。把麵團擀成圓形,然後壓扁。分別將它們間隔放在塑膠袋,以防粘在一起。
三絲炒海帶面
材料:
有機海帶面(熟)1份
蒜米3瓣
豬里脊50克
胡蘿蔔1/3根
甜椒1/5個
芹菜1根
米糠油/橄欖油1湯匙
天然醬油1/4茶匙
胡椒粉適量
做法:
1.海帶面放進沸水煮熟
2.煮麵的同時把蒜米切片備用
3.豬里脊切細條,胡蘿蔔刨絲,甜椒切絲和芹菜切絲
4.用小火熱鍋然後倒入一湯匙米糠油然後爆香蒜片至金黃色
5.然後加豬肉和其它蔬菜略炒
6.加入煮好的海帶面翻炒均勻後加適量的胡椒粉和天然醬油
7.翻炒均勻就可上碟享用啦~
Spaghetti Aglio e Olio
Ingredients:
1 baby bowl cooked spaghetti
2 Prawns
2 quail eggs (hard boiled)
8 shimeiji mushroom
2 cloves garlic (sliced)
1 tbsp olive oil
some dried parsley
some garlic powder
sea salt a little bit
Steps:
1) sauteed garlic with the olive oil
2) add in small prawns and mushroom to stir fry for a while
3) sprinkle some salt
4) add in cooked spaghetti to stir fry for a while
5) add in dried parsley and garlic powder
6) stir fry mix well and DONE
Walnut Pea Rings
Ingredients:
12g Walnut
50g Mashed potato
50g Garden Pea
1 egg yolk
2g unsalted butter
1/2 tsp cane sugar
Steps:
1) Blend all ingredients together till smooth.
2) put the mixture in a plastic bag and cut a small hole at the edge
3) squeeze out the mixture onto a baking tray laid with non-stick baking sheet.
4) bake at preheated oven of 170'C for 20-25mins or medium golden brown
