Happy Thursday dear all mummies....
I am kinda lazy to wake up this morning...haha...Alarm rang at 4.20am... I off it...slept again...woke up at 5.30am... sit on the bed...bend my body like a lazy worm and only able to get up at 5.45am. Guess my headache and body pain made me so tired..
Breakfast : Steam corn mantou, sweet corn and asparagus + fresh milk
Lunch and dinner : Cheesy Steam fish Rice
Teatime : Milk sticks and blueberry yogurt

Cheesy Fish Steam Rice
Ingredients: (yield 2 servings)
5 tbsp Pre-soaked mix grains rice
12 pcs cherry tomatoes (halved)
1/2 slice mackerel (pan fry, minced)
6 asparagus (diced)
2 lady fingers (sliced)
20g cheddar cheese
dash of pepper powder
Steps:
1) Place the above ingredients follow by sequence into 2 small casseroles:
~ rice, asparagus, lady finger, minced fish, tomato, and shredded cheese.
2) pour in 2 tbsp soup stock/water and dash of pepper powder in each casseroles.
3) Steam in boiling water for 15-20mins.
Milk Sticks
Ingredients:
40g unsalted butter
40g condensed milk
20g milk powder
80g superfine flour
Steps:
1) use a hand whisk, beat butter, condensed milk and milk powder till well combined.
2) sieve in the flour by 2 portions, fold in well by using spatula. form a dough by using hand.
3) lay a slice of food wrap on the table top, place the dough on it, cover dough with food wrap.
4) use a roller pin to roll the dough flat about 3mm thickness.
5) cut into strips with desired width / using cookie cutter to cut out shape
6) bake at preheated oven of 180'C for 10 mins or light golden brown.
This is not the normal condensed milk which is contain palm oil.... The ingredients are only MILK AND SUGAR.
