Tomato Chicken Thick Soup
Ingredients:
1 pc chicken tight
10 pcs cherry tomatoes
50g pumpkin puree
1 egg white
dash of pepper
3-4 cups water

Steps:
1) Blanc the chicken tight in boiling water for 3-5 mins
2) cook the blanced chicken tight in 4 cups water for 30mins.
3) while boiling the chicken soup, blend the tomato into puree and sieve through a strainer.
4) add the tomato puree and pumpkin puree into the chicken soup.
5) stir in the egg white and the soup is thicken at this point.
6) off fire and dash in pepper powder. Ready to serve with rice or noodle.


番茄浓鸡汤
材料:
1只 鸡腿
10个 樱桃番茄
50克 南瓜泥
1个 蛋白
胡椒粉少许
3-4杯水

脚步:
1)首先把鸡腿放进沸水,去血水3-5分钟。
2 )然后把鸡腿放进另一锅清水煮大约30分钟。
3)煮鸡汤的同时,把番茄打成泥,过筛备用。
4)把番茄泥和南瓜泥倒入鸡汤。
5)把蛋白拌入鸡汤,一边倒一边搅拌。这时鸡汤会变成浓稠了。
6 )关火,加入胡椒粉后可以配米饭或面条享用了。
