16/5/2016 (mon) 香蕉蛋糕

Happy Monday dear all...
Very embarrassing to say that I was lazy again to get up from bed this morning and resulted my gal was having super simple lunch.. hope later she will have some vegetables to top up.

We went to IKEA cheras yesterday and my gal enjoyed so much with the toys and playing tents. Finally mommy decided to buy her the playing tents and a rabbit soft toy and daddy is the one paid money... Keke..


Yaki Edamame (Pan Roasted Edamame)
Ingredients:
50g unshelled Edamame (green soybeans) 
1 tsp sesame oil
pinch of salt
50ml water

Steps:
1. Wash and cut off both ends of the pods with scissors.
2. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and cook Edamame on medium until golden brown.
3. add in salt and water into the pan, cover, and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Uncover and cook until water evaporates.

麻油煎煮毛豆
材料:
50克 帶殼毛豆
1小匙 麻油
鹽少許
水50ml

做法:
1. 洗淨並用剪刀切斷毛豆的兩端。
2. 熱鍋加入麻油和毛豆,煎炒至金黃色。
3. 加入鹽和水,蓋上鍋蓋,煮2分鐘。
4. 打开锅盖和煮至干水即可。

Cheesy Garlic Stew Chicken Drumstick 
(in udon)
Ingredients:
2 small bowls cooked udon (85g each bowl)
2 chicken drumsticks
5 cloves garlics (crushed)
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup water
dash of pepper
1 slice natural cheddar cheese

Steps:
1) heat pan, add in some oil. Sauteed garlic till fragrant.
2) add in the drumsticks and pan fry till light golden brown.
3) add in water, close lid. simmer till almost dry.
4) add in milk and quick cook with high heat.
5) add in pepper and off fire.
6) place drumstick on top of udon noodle and put 1/2 slice cheese on top of each drumstick
7) bake in preheated oven at 180'C for 10 mins or till cheese is melted.


蒜香奶酪悶雞腿
烏冬麵
材料:
2小碗烏冬麵
2隻 雞腿
5瓣 蒜頭(剁碎)
1/3杯 牛奶
1/2杯 水
胡椒粉 適量

2片天然切達乾酪片

做法:
1 )把鍋加熱,放一點油爆香蒜泥。
2 )把雞腿加入翻炒至略帶金黃色。
3 )加水,然後蓋上鍋蓋。煮至幾乎收汁。
4 )加入牛奶開大火快速煮乾。
5 )加入胡椒粉,熄火。
6)把雞腿放在烏冬麵上面,把1/2切片奶酪放在鸡腿上面。
7)在已经预热180'C的烤箱烘烤10分鐘,或至奶酪融化。


Easy Banana Cake
Ingredienst:
120g Cake flour/Plain Flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1/8 tsp Baking soda
pinch of salt
1 egg
30g organic cane sugar/ Brown sugar
150g mashed banana 
35g melted unsalted butter / vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract 
30g fresh milk/soy/rice milk

Steps:
1) Preheat oven to 180 degrees
2) Combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda
3) Lightly beat egg with sugar, then mix in banana, vanilla extract, milk and oil
4) Add banana mixture to dry ingredients, stir well
5) pour into 2 × 20cm aluminium cake pans and bake for 25-30 mins and insert a skewer comes out clean.

简易香蕉蛋糕
材料:
120 克低筋面粉
1茶匙  无铝泡打粉 (baking powder)
1/8茶匙 蘇打粉(baking soda)
鹽 少許
1隻 雞蛋(打散)
30克 有机蔗糖/黃糖
35克 融化牛油/菜油
150克 熟透的香蕉(用匙羹壓爛)
1茶匙 雲呢拿香油 (vanilla extract)
30克 牛奶

做法: 
1)先把烤箱預熱到180C度。
2)混合麵粉,糖,鹽,泡打粉和蘇打粉
3 )打散鸡蛋與糖,再拌入香蕉,香草精,鮮奶
4 )把香蕉混蛋糊倒入粉类,攪拌均勻
5)倒入2 × 20厘米鋁泊蛋糕盤,烤25-30分鐘,把木签插入以测熟透。

溫馨提示:
這個食譜非常簡單,不用打蛋器,只需要一個木匙羹或膠刮。

Homemade Dried Apple Snack
Ingredient:
2 organic apples
1/4 tsp salt
2-3 bowls drinking water

Tools required: Food Dehydrator and oven

optional way to keep apples from browning:
 1 cup water + 2 tbsp honey, soak apple slices for a few minutes.

Steps:
1) add salt in the water, stir well
2) wash, peel skin (not to peel if using organic apple, remove core, slice into 2mm thickness
3) soak the cut apple in the salt water for few seconds
4) drain away the salt water and pat dry the apple with kitchen towel (can skip this if no kitchen towel)
5) lay all the apple slices on the rack, do not over lay them
6) set temperature 70'C, on the fan for 8 - 12 hours (depending on the moisture in the fruit)
7) after the apple slices are dried, the texture of the dried apple is chewy
8) bake at preheated oven of 100'C for 15-20'C, the texture of the dried apple is crunchy now.

If using oven only, 120'C for 2 hours.



自製蘋果乾小吃
材料:
2粒 有機蘋果
1/4茶匙 鹽
2-3碗 煮过的水

所需工具:食品脫水机和烤箱
做法:
1)把盐和水混合。
2)苹果洗净切成大约2mm的厚片。
3)把苹果片浸泡在鹽水幾秒鐘。
4)滴干鹽水,用廚房紙巾吸掉水分(如果沒有廚房紙巾可以跳過)。
5 )均匀的把苹果摆在脱水機架上,不要重叠。
6)設定溫度70'C ,在風扇8 - 12小時(視水果的水分)
7)蘋果片乾燥後,还不是很脆的。
8)預熱烤箱100C度烘烤15-20分钟。

如果没有食品脱水机,可以直接使用烤箱。
做法:
1)把盐和水混合。
2)苹果洗净切成大约2mm的厚片。
3)把苹果片浸泡在鹽水幾秒鐘。
4)滴干鹽水,用廚房紙巾吸掉水分(如果沒有廚房紙巾可以跳過)。
5)把苹果均匀的摆在烤架上。
6)放入烤箱中层。
  7)启动对流风扇,120度,大约2个小时。


**苹果片烤制前用柠檬水泡一下或用淡盐水煮一下可以有效防止氧化变色
**烤好的苹果干要密封保存,尽快吃完,以防受潮后发霉变质。
