Nowadays my little girl is rarely to eat much in the morning as previously.I guess it is a phase that she refuses to eat too much in the morning. Anyhow I am still preparing light breakfast for her even though she might not finish it.
Breakfast: Boiled edamame and Cheese stick
Lunch and dinner: basmathi rice with tomato chicken soup and green leave vegetable during dinner
Teatime: cherry and grape juice and cheesy popcorn
早餐:水煮毛豆和天然奶酪條
午餐和晚餐:番茄雞湯和印度長米 (晚餐添加綠色蔬菜)
下午茶:櫻桃和葡萄汁和起司爆米花
Boiled edamame and BEGA Cheese stick
Tomato Chicken Soup
Ingredients
1 pc chicken tight / 100g chicken breast
10 pcs cherry tomato / 1 tomato
dash of pepper
1 egg yolk
10g cream cheese
Steps:
1) Pour 4 cups of water into a medium size pot, cook under medium heat
2) while boiling the water, heat a pan, add in a little rice bran oil
3) lightly pan fry the chicken drumstick till golden brown then add into the boiling water
4) while boiling the soup, blend the tomato into puree and sieve through strainer
5) after 30 mins, pour the tomato puree and cook till remaining 2 bowls of soup
6) add in egg yolk, cream cheese and pepper and stir well, off fire.

番茄雞湯
材料:
1個雞腿/100克雞胸肉
10粒 樱桃番茄 /1粒 番茄
1粒 蛋黄
10克 奶油奶酪
胡椒粉適量
做法:
1 )把4杯水倒入一個中等大小的鍋,用中火加熱
2 )煮水的同時,燒熱平底鍋,加入少許米糠油
3 )然後把鸡腿略煎成金黄色後放入沸水中
4 )煮鸡汤的同时,把番茄放入果汁机搅拌成泥, 然后过筛备用
5 )30分鐘后,加入番茄汁继续煮剩下2碗湯的分量
6 )加入蛋黄,奶油奶酪和適量胡椒粉搅拌均匀即可
起司爆米花
材料
爆米花用的玉米粒 20g
米糠油/無鹽奶油 1湯匙/15g
海鹽 一咪咪
刨碎的車達起司 5克
做法:
1. 冷鍋加入奶油、玉米粒,蓋上鍋蓋用小火慢慢加熱。
2. 等到油溶化,溫度開始升高再加入蔗糖,蓋上鍋概略搖晃。
3.續加熱到玉米爆成玉米花,爆到沒什麼聲音了就熄火然後掀開鍋蓋。
4. 加入刨碎的起司,拌勻即可。
**全程都要微火喔**

Cheesy Popcorn
Ingredients:
20g Corn kernels
1 tbsp / 15g rice bran oil/Unsalted butter
5g grated cheddar cheese
5g grated cheddar cheese
pinch of salt
Steps:
1. add butter and corn kernels into nonstick pot/wok, cover and heat up slowly with low heat.
2. Wait until the butter melts and the temperature begins to rise then add in salt, cover the pot/wok and gently shake it.
3. Continue heating until corn kernels start popping, shake the pot/wok occasionally, once no more popping sound, open the lid and off the fire.
4. add in the grated cheddar cheese and mix well.

**whole process is using low heat**
cherry and grape juice
ingredients:
3 cherry
10 seedless grapes
1/4 cup water
method:
Blend with blender and sieve through strainer. serve chilled.
櫻桃和葡萄汁
材料:
3粒 櫻桃
10粒 無核葡萄
1/4杯 水
做法:
用果汁機打成果汁,過篩和冷飲〜
