巧克力玛芬
(无需电动攪拌器)
材料(A):低筋面粉230克,可可粉30克,泡打粉2茶匙,苏打粉1/2茶匙。
材料(B):玉米油90克,细砂糖100克,鸡蛋2个,牛奶195克,
烘焙:180度,约15-20分钟(温度和时间仅供参考,视模具大小及烤箱实际情况调整。)
做法:
1、把材料A过筛在一个钢盆,攪拌均匀备用。
2、把材料B用筷子/湯匙攪拌均匀后,直接倒入做法1 混合均匀,看不見粉状即可。切记无需过度攪拌。面糊有点粗是正常的。然后拌入80克的巧克力粒。
3、把拌好的面糊倒入纸杯,8分满。上面可以再撒几粒巧克力粒或颜色米也可,放入预热好的烤箱烤焙。(用牙签插入没有沾粘就是好了!!)简单吧!
